This website is published by NŌRÉA Realty, a real-estate agency based in Moka, Mauritius, operating island-wide.

Property listings

Listing details — price, land area, dimensions, number of rooms, location and condition — are supplied by the owner or vendor of each property. They are published in good faith but are not verified, surveyed or warranted by us.

Areas and dimensions are approximate and given for guidance only. Where a plot is described in perches or square metres, that figure is the one supplied to us and is not a substitute for a surveyor's report or the title deed. Boundaries shown or described are indicative and never definitive.

Photographs and video show the property or its surroundings at the time of filming and may not reflect its current state. Nothing on this site forms part of an offer or a contract. Prices are subject to change, and any property may be sold, let or withdrawn without notice.

Buyers and tenants should carry out their own checks, and take independent legal and technical advice, before committing to any transaction.

Personal data

If you send an enquiry through the form on this site, we collect the phone number you provide, your name and message if you choose to give them, the reference of the property you were viewing, and the date and time of the enquiry. Providing a phone number is required in order to reply to you; the other fields are optional.

This information is used for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on the property matter you raised. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing, and it is not passed to third parties except where we are required by law to disclose it.

Enquiries are stored in private files with our hosting provider. That provider's servers are located outside Mauritius, so submitting the form involves a transfer of your data abroad. Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to deal with your matter and to meet the record-keeping periods that apply to estate-agency work.

Under the Data Protection Act 2017 you may ask us what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us on the number above and we will action the request.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. The only cookie used is a session cookie on the private administration area, which is strictly necessary for staff to sign in and is never set on the public pages.

Pages here embed no third-party trackers. Links out to WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook are ordinary links; once you follow one, that platform's own terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.

Content and copyright

The photographs, video tours, text and design on this site belong to the agency or are published with the permission of the property owner. They may not be copied, re-published or used to advertise a property elsewhere without written permission.

If you believe any listing or image on this site should not be published, tell us on the number above and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it.
